There are two email lists where San Francisco Critical Mass is discussed:

• sfbike was originally hosted at IGC/Econet, then moved to Cyber Cyclery (cycling.org/cyclery.com). This list was set up by the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, but is open to everyone to discuss anything related to bicycling in San Francisco.
• sf-critical-mass was originally hosted at Cyber Cyclery, and branched off from sfbike to focus solely on Critical Mass.

Both lists have since moved from Cyber Cyclery to topica, and both have a few hundred subscribers with some overlap and some cross-posting. At this writing, there is much more action at sfbike than sf-critical-mass.
